Website delivery and security

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Accessing it involves processing technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, time, browser and device information. This is used to deliver the website and maintain its stability and security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is providing a secure, functional website.

Cloudflare may process data outside the EU or EEA. Its privacy policy explains recipients, international transfers and safeguards. Technical logs are retained only as necessary for the relevant security or operational purpose and hosting configuration.

Fonts, images and language selection

Fonts and images are served from the website’s own host. The selected language is part of the page URL. The website code does not set cookies or use local storage for this. No visitor analytics or marketing tracking is included.

Preparing an enquiry and contacting us

The form prepares an email draft in your browser. Preparing or copying the draft does not send the form details to us or a form service and does not persist them on the website. We receive your details only if you send the email yourself.

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the contact details and information you provide to respond. For enquiries about a project, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for other communication, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies based on our interest in handling enquiries. Information is deleted once the enquiry is resolved unless it is still needed for a project, legal retention duties, or establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.

Instagram reels and external links

Instagram content is loaded only when you explicitly choose “Load Instagram & watch the reel” in the reel window. Before that, the website code does not connect to Instagram. Loading it may allow Meta to process your IP address, browser and device information, and usage, and to set cookies. If you are logged in, Meta may associate the visit with your account. Loading the content at your request is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Closing the reel window removes the embed. This does not reverse any processing that has already taken place.

External Instagram and TikTok links open the relevant platform after you click. Their subsequent processing is described in the respective policies: Instagram / Meta and TikTok.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for the future. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.

You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority at the controller’s location is the Saxon Data Protection and Transparency Commissioner.
